If you need a copy of your certificate, but your course subscription has expired, you can request a copy of your certificate right from your My Courses tab.


To do so, simply click the "Request Copy of Certificate" button to the right of your course, and your request will be submitted to our customer service team.



Certificate copy requests are typically handled within an hour during regular business hours.


If you do not see the "Request Copy of Certificate" button, it means your course has been archived. Please submit a customer ticket to request a copy of your certificate and a member of our customer service team will assist.
