COVID-19 UPDATE: The BBRS has temporarily approved suspending the minimum 6 hour IN CLASS requirements for a period of 90 days after the state of emergency has been terminated for licensing renewal during that time. We have postponed all CSL classroom sessions at this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Click here for full COVID-19 updates regarding this.

The Massachusetts Board of Building Regulations and Standards (BBRS) put forth new changes to the Construction Supervisor License continuing education requirements effective January 1, 2018. The new requirements state that licensees may acquire up to a maximum of six hours of continuing education via online training. Remaining hours must be acquired through in-person, classroom training.

Our Construction Supervisor License courses offer a hybrid of classroom and online hours so you won’t need to waste two days in a classroom. In compliance with these new regulations, our system was built with intelligence and will walk you through the registration process to tailor a program appropriate for your needs. The courseware was designed to be extremely user-friendly. Plus, we are here for support by phone and via email.
