Yes, completing the required continuing education is just one part of renewing your MA Hoisting license. Once you've completed your continuing education, you must submit your renewal paperwork to the state in order to renew your license.
About 45 days prior to your hoisting license expiration date, the state will send you a renewal form via US Mail. Your continuing education may be completed at any time; however, you may NOT submit for renewal until you have received this renewal form.
If you are within the 45 day window of your expiration and have not received your renewal form, it may have gotten lost in the mail. You may request for a new renewal form to be sent using the form below. You can either email it or mail it; just follow the instructions on the form:
