The last step in your short-term rental permit course is submitting your rental store code in the form shown below.

Immediately upon clicking "Submit," a copy of your short term rental permit certificate is electronically submitted to the rental facility you selected.

Please note, short-term rental permit certificates are no longer emailed to the customer. The rental facility will have a copy of your certificate waiting for you.
