If you hold multiple grades of MA Hoisting License, you need to take the Continuing Education course for each grade in order to renew your license.
For example, if you hold a 1C/2A/4B license, you would need to sign up for the following Continuing Education courses:
- 1C HE Hoisting License Continuing Education - Massachusetts
- 2A HE Hoisting License Continuing Education - Massachusetts
- 4B HE Hoisting License Continuing Education - Massachusetts
Recent changes to Massachusetts Hoisting Continuing Education requirements were announced November 2016. Now, you are only required to complete the regulatory (law) training once, even though you are renewing multiple grades of license. Our courses are intelligent and only require you to complete the regulatory section once across all of your courses, saving you hours of time.
Upon completion of each course, you'll receive a certificate of completion. You'll need to provide a copy of the certificate of completion for each grade when you submit your renewal form to the state.
